What makes you think about a junior software engineer at first? try and gain some knowledge during the PCO course to figure out what a software engineer does and where your interest lay. what type of company do you feel comfortable in. would you like to work in the Netherlands or in an international setting or at home?

Leadership will help you greatly into you studies, but what could be the pitfall? what do you mean with inconsistent motivation? what do you need to stay motivated and not get burnout?
